Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Did my nails and they did an awful job. The girl was in a rush. Had gel dry on my skin that made my nail polish peel off. They do not care. Maybe you will pay more elsewhere, but you will actually have long lasting nails...
I won’t come back here. I paid 80$ to remove my old nails, and do a new french set. It was the most botched job ever, no sharp French lines, nails were uneven, had nail polish on my fingers, missing spots of red, 2 tones of nude and pink misapplied, I cried after paying 80$ for the ugliest nails I’ve ever had. I went back 2 days later because I physically couldn’t handle having those nails, I paid another 35$ to fix it to a full red set and after 2 weeks the polish is already peeling off and one of my nails broke. Usually I can go 3-4 weeks before needing a refill. This place stole my time, energy and money. Don’t do the same mistake as me.
Bad experience, used to going there for years but i'm always unsatisfied with the service as they are inconsistent with the quality of the service. Only one of them actually is competent enough to do nails. The service isn't really good. The nails are neglected and poorly done, the employees don't take correction on your own nails that you pay for, They're too prideful to accept when they make a mistake. The nails I last got looked like I had them in for a week while they were freshly done, which is a problem. Don't recommend at all go elsewhere.
I have been a loyal customer, but what you did t me this time😒.. I had a highly disappointing experience at ths nails salon. The service was disrespectful and the quality of work on my nails was subpar. How even th owner said tht is me who remove it… I would not recommend this salon to anyone. #fakeproduct#

After paying an unusual amount and finding that the quality of the work did not meet my expectations, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. Despite my loyalty as a regular customer and positive recommendations, this experience has been disheartening. My nails, done in preparation for a wedding in Toronto, show signs of deterioration after only three days. The attached photos illustrate the issue. Paying $170 for poorly done nails is a letdown, especially considering I expected superior quality due to my loyalty to your salon. I will no longer recommend your services to my circle, and I am disappointed that I cannot proudly showcase them at my friend's wedding. I hope this constructive feedback contributes to improving the quality of your services in the future.
